More than 200 Millian albums sold, declared the 'Best Selling Female Artist in the World', Celine Dion is one awesome rags to riches story that has come true. Interesting to note that Celine hails from the French Colony Quebec in Canada and primarily spoke and sung in French. It's only at the age of eighteen did she give singing in English a shot. I find that quite amazing as if you listen to her speak or sing that does not come across.
